We are working through each individual booking on a departure date priority basis, which means if you are due to travel within the next week or so, we will seek the best outcome for you individually, as each tour operator’s rules and regulations are different and some have made substantial allowances to assist.
If your balance is due within the next week, but you no longer wish to travel, please call us as we may have alternative assistance to offer you that will protect your deposit.
