Disney Cruise Line

Disney Cruise Line offer a unique experience for all the family and have some of the most family-friendly cruise ships at sea. The fleet consists of 4 ships: the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Each of the 4 ships feature different designs, as well as distinctive restaurants, entertainment, activities and pools on board to make every trip a unique and memorable experience.

You can prepare to be wowed with spectacular entertainment, extensive dining options and spacious staterooms. Disney Cruise Line staterooms are among the first in the industry to be tailored especially for families, with accommodation ranging from inside cabins to concierge suites. Just to add an extra touch of that trademark Disney magic; some of the inside staterooms even have a ‘Magical Porthole’ where you may catch a glimpse of Mickey or Minnie as they swim past the porthole.

There are plenty of activities onboard for the whole family but with five kids’ clubs, themed waterparks and opportunities to meet major Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, the kids in particular will never be short of something to do! As well as a number of children friendly and family areas, there are also some adult only zones such as the Quiet Cove pool and café, some restaurants and bars, and certain events, such as wine tasting and cooking demonstrations.

The ship comes alive in the evening with Broadway-quality musicals on offer in the main theatre space, as well as more intimate lounge shows. Family movie and talent nights are also popular features, as well as on-decked pirates’ parties with fireworks!

Dining is on a rotational basis, which ensures you are able enjoy each of the three themed dining venues while on board. You will receive your restaurant schedule upon boarding. Then, each evening, you, your tablemates and servers will rotate to a different restaurant. As you rotate, the same wait staff — who know your preferences — will serve you each night while you get to experience the unique atmosphere of each restaurant.

Disney offer a variety of itineraries from 3, 4, or 5-night cruises to the Bahamas, to 7-nights in the Caribbean. Exclusive to Disney cruise line on Bahamian and Caribbean cruises, you can enjoy a day spent on Disney’s Castaway Cay; their private island in the Bahamas.

The future is exciting for Disney Cruise Line – they have announced plans to build three additional cruise ships, which will be slightly larger than the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. You can also now sail from Dover with Disney on 7-11 nights itineraries to Western Europe and the Norwegian Fjords. With so many itineraries to choose from and so much magic to discover on board, your Disney cruise is sure to be memorable for all the best reasons.
